In Batman #99, as soon as Batman realizes that Bat-family is the greatest weakness of Batman, he speaks to the reunited Bat-Family and apologized for not asking for their help sooner in Joker war.
Even after doing so many training, having so many abilities and mental strength, Batman is still a human being and that makes him capable of making mistakes. During the ‘Joker War‘, Bruce has seen all his Weapons, his fortune, and his city taken over by Joker whose allies not only threatened his life and sanity but also anybody who ever wore a Bat symbol or allied with the Dark Knight. Batman #99 made Bruce guilty for his mistake and brings the Bat-family together again. As his family is the greatest weakness of Batman.
Soon Bruce admits that this year is rougher than he thought. First Dick Grayson was on the edge of losing his life and suffered a period of Amnesia. Second his Buttler and his father Figure Alfred Pennyword lost their life in front of his son’s eyes. Third, his attempt to honor Alfred by creating a better Gotham in his memory allowed the Joker and his allies to infiltrate and put their plan in motion, which somewhere questioned his relationship with Catwoman. Joker’s latest toxin and Imaginary Alfred’s pep talk made Bruce admit that no man is an island and at last, even the Batman asks for help and called all the Bat-family together because it is the greatest weakness of Batman.

In James Tynion IV, Jorge Jimenez, and Tomeu Morey’s Batman #99, the Joker is getting prepared for his final acts in his plan for Gotham. But Bruce has admitted his mistake and seeing Nightwing, Red Hood, Batgirl, Signal, Red Robin, Orphan, Spoiler and even his temporary ally Harley Quinn answering his question made him even stronger. Because his family is the greatest weakness of Batman.
Getting his family back helps him to make his mind even more clear about taking Gotham out of Joker’s hand. Knowing that everything will only get worse if they don’t intervene, he highlights Batwoman’s storming of Wayne Enterprises, and restoring Lucius Fox is a good start but that it’s barely a beginning. If they are going to stop the citizens of Gotham from getting the Batman origin treatment, Bruce needs them to stop it all.
Bruce, Bat-family, and Gotham have seen an even worse situation than this, which somehow helps them to survive this horrible situation, they have realized that they can get out of this situation only if they work together.
