Fast and Furious Universe Is Coming Two An End With More Installments

It is going to be the end for the Fast and Furious. According to a report by Deadline, Universal Pictures will be ending the car racing franchise with two more films. These two films will be following the debut of F9.

Justin Lin, along with F9, will have directed 5 of the Fast and Furious films. He is in talks to direct the definitive two installments that would count the end for Fast and Furious. Vin Diesel, Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, Chris “Ludacris” Bridges, Jordana Brewster, Nathalie Emmanuel, and Sung Kang are anticipated to come back in the final installments, deeming they endure the events of F9.

The news confirmed the earlier comments of Diesel. He said that he is considering splitting the 10th film into two parts. Initially, Fast & Furious 10 was presumed to be the final movie in the franchise.

However, the main franchise will see an end but the Fast and Furious Universe will proceed to expand through spin-offs. An all-female spinoff is already in the works. Also, a Hobbs and Shaw sequel is in development.

F9 Summary Before Moving Further To Fast and Furious 10 and 11 Films

“No matter how fast you are, no one outruns their past.

Vin Diesel’s Dom Toretto is leading a quiet life off the grid with Letty and his son, little Brian, but they know that danger always lurks just over their peaceful horizon. This time, that threat will force Dom to confront the sins of his past if he’s going to save those he loves most. His crew joins together to stop a world-shattering plot led by the most skilled assassin and high-performance driver they’ve ever encountered: a man who also happens to be Dom’s forsaken brother, Jakob (John Cena, next year’s The Suicide Squad).”

F9 will follow the return of Justin Lin as director. Directed by Justin Lin, F9 features Vin Diesel, John Cena, Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, Chris “Ludacris” Bridges, Jordana Brewster, Nathalie Emmanuel, and Sung Kang, with Helen Mirren, Charlize Theron, and Cardi B. The movie will arrive in theaters on May 28, 2021.
