Writers of Bob’s Burgers, Wendy Molyneux and Lizzie Molyneux-Loeglin have signed for the project to write the script for the Deadpool 3 film.
If the Deadline is to be believed, Ryan Reynolds has decided on the Molyneux sisters after having meetings with many different writers. The Deadpool movie account has also responded to this news with a picture of Bob with a pair of swords that are strapped to his back.
However, very little is known about 3rd film, the project is said to be the first franchise entry since The Walt Disney Company’s acquisition of 20th century Fox. As such, Deadpool 3 will be a property of the Disney-owned Marvel Studios.
Deadpool 3 To Have Unknown Release Date
It will be interesting to see how Marvel Studios will choose to handle the 3rd installment, especially after 2 films have grossed $1.57 billion collectively.
Who will helm Deadpool 3 is also unknown. The first film was directed by Tim Miller while the second by David Leitch.
The movie will feature Ryan Reynolds. The movie has yet to have a release date.
