The show entertained its fans for twelve seasons and there are certainly a lot of episodes for the viewers to revisit.
Recently, Kaley Cuoco revealed the good reason to watch the earlier seasons of The Big Bang Theory instead to the latest one.

Kaley Cuoco earned immense love in the role of Penny on The Big Bang Theory. The show is one of the most popular shows on the CBS network. In fact, after the ending of the sitcom, she made it clear that no future project of hers will ever earn the same popularity as The Big Bang Theory.
“That experience—the cast, the amount of time spent together, the pay, the ratings—like it was nuts, it was unheard of. That was so special and will be a part of my heart for the rest of my life. Nothing will ever compare to that, and I think knowing that helps me separate that from what I’m doing now, which is so different and new”
Kaley Cuoco doesn’t re-watch the latest seasons:
Recently, Cuoco made her appearance on the Conan Needs a Friend Podcast, and revealed that the recent episodes of The Big Bang Theory still feel fresh to her because the series was close to its end and it was an emotional roller coaster ride for her. However, watching the earlier episodes/seasons feels like a different person.
“The early episodes of Big Bang Theory—I can’t believe how many different hairstyles I had and all the different clothes. It’s very weird because I’, much more okay watching the earlier seasons as opposed to the most recent ones. The recent ones are still too emotional for me. The early, early one feels like a different person and different time so I’m able to watch it and laugh.”
