Wolverine fastball special has always been fans favourite and that same appreciation for the X-Men special move isn’t lost on Wolverine.
Over the course of these past years, Wolverine’s fastball special has continued to be one of the favourite moves for the fans as well as for the hero himself. Wolverine is one of the most loved and appreciated marvel characters and that tag comes with a responsibility to keep the fans happy by using a lot of cool and different styles and tactics. Also being part of multiple top-tier superhero teams, one is only expected to go beyond their limited capabilities and wolverine is as mighty as they come.
Under the control of the Phoenix Force, Wolverine finds himself in the midst of a battle with his closest allies, along with the rest of Earth’s Mightiest Heroes. The outcome of the battle will finally reveal the worthy and suitable host in the world who could bond and sustain the full power of the Phoenix Force. Whereas everyone is competing for the unimaginable powers that come with housing the cosmic entity, this is the moment that Wolverine has been preparing for his entire life, readying himself for just this exact moment.
The Fastball Special- X-Men Special Move
Throughout the course of X-men’s battle history as a team, “The Fastball Special” is one of the most special and iconic tactics unarguably. X-Men special move is one of the earliest portrayals of “Mutant Technology,” or commonly explained as the combo move of certain powers that have unique and higher compatibility with each other.
Though all of this seems very technical, all there really is to it is a Strength super-powered hero with a piercing type superhero i.e. a superhero with claws or blades. Simply put, it involves a really strong superhero throwing a really sharp person. Originally, this move was introduced by Wolverine and Colossus. They not only invented it but also made it famous among both the readers and their fellow comic book characters. This can be verified by the vast number of times that the fastballs special has been used by the other superheroes throughout the Marvel universe.
Wolverine Expresses His Love For X-Men Special Move:
While the Avengers were forced to compete with each other by the Phoenix Force, Wolverine’s mind is exploring all the possibilities that might lie ahead. While he rushes through the forest outside of Chernobyl, tearing through and marching towards the vampires that creep between the trees with the lust of enormous power of the Phoenix Force, Wolverine remembers all of the people that he witnessed becoming victims of the Phoenix and its motives. He decides that he’s done watching others die and get burned by using the Phoenix Force, whereas he would have easily recovered from those wounds. He also considers the fact that nearly everybody craves that power and wants to secure it for themselves.
When he finds himself jumping into the battle with the mighty King of Wakanda, Black Panther himself, he mutters to himself, “Ain’t nobody don’t wanna fly… Why do you think I’m always having Colossus throw me around?” Though this might seem comical, it is a reference to the fact that he might be able to perform his favourite movie, the fastball special, all on his own using the power of flight that comes along with the whole bunch of abilities that come as a part of the Phoenix Force.
