Our favorite superhero has been away from us for quite some time and it’s time he comes back and defeats his enemies who are stupid enough to pick a fight with him in ONE PUNCH MAN.
One Punch Man started in 2015 and it’s been cruising its fan following ever since the anime released. The fans obviously can’t keep calm and are dying to see what happens next in this hilarious anime. Let’s take a quick glance at what has happened till now in the series.
The Story So Far
There are currently 2 seasons of the anime series that have been created. The second season of One Punch Man released in April 2019 and it has 12 episodes just like the first season. Although it hasn’t been officially announced that the anime series will return for season 3 or not but it’s highly popular in Japan and lots of other countries so fans are almost certain that the anime will return. Also, there are still a lot of ‘MANGA CHAPTERS’ left for adaption so it’s quite certain that the series will return.
The third season (if it’s made) will most probably have the same amount of episodes like season 1 and season 2. But you can never be sure, as depending on what the animation studio decides after considering a lot of factors, the number of episodes might increase or decrease. However, there’s no official announcement if the studio J.C. Staff has started the production of season 3 or not. The pandemic also hindered a lot of plans and threw a wrench in Studios plans. Hopefully we’ll be able to see SAITAMA’S journey while he becomes a respectable hero.
