The 2nd part of Amber vs Mia and the others are back and you would like to know what this thriller series has to offer this time.

The A-List is back with another season on the streaming platform Netflix after it decided to renew it. The A-List season 2 released on June 24, 2021. The British drama show is basically about a group of teens who are attending a summer camp on Peregrine Island and unravel a series of mysteries and adventures happening on the island. This summer camp soon turns into a nightmare of which none of them were aware. It’s been quite some time since season 1 released on Netflix and thought the show was a hit, due to these unprecedented times, season 2 delayed a bit but most of its cast returned in season 2. Let’s find what happened in season 2 of The A List.

The Storyline Of The A List Season One

The A-List season 1 first aired on BBC I player in 2018 but was later picked up Netflix and reached a wider audience then. The story revolved around a group of teenagers who went to Peregrine Island for their summer camp + adventure only to find out that they are in the middle of a bigger mystery.

Since the island is no normal one, there are loads of experiments being conducted and bioweapons being made. Amber, who initially seems like a normal girl turns out to be an antagonist and is a psychic too. She is always at odds with Mia and therefore Mia gathers everyone to rise up against Amber. But since this isn’t some normal show with simple problems, the ending of season 1 turns out to be even more shocking.

Since most of the initial members are returning to the show, but Dev (aka Jacob Dudman) who was the lead male in the series won’t be back. The character will instead be played by Barnaby Tobias who will now romance Mia. The 2nd season is all about some more adventure and thrill when Mia is the only one who is on the mainland and all her friends have been captured by the institute making the bioweapons and are in trouble.

Mia returns to the island to find them and rescue them only to discover Midge is the real villain and also one of her oldest BFFs, whom now she doesn’t even remember. Against all odds, Mia succeeded in her mission and the season ends on a high note.
