Why Did Captain America Kill Iron Man?

Captain America Kill Iron Man, Captain America and Iron Man have turned into temporary foes after a few disagreements. Though, Captain America and Iron Man have hardly been compelled to slay each other. But only one time when Captain had to bring down his former friend after Tony Stark lost custody of his suit.

Captain America and Iron Man’s most outstanding fight in  Marvel Comics and the MCU is when the couple competed in the Civil War storyline. But, one lesser-known fatal time arrives from the Age of X. It is the spinoff title of Age of X Universe by Simon Spurrier and Khoi Pham. The progression seizes place in a realm where the X-Men had not been formed and mutants are slaughtered into demise. In the universe, the Avengers have shaped to hunt down the persisting mutants.

Captain America teams up with heroes including Iron Man. This interpretation of Iron Man had his body stirred inside the suit by a virus. With his suit slowly consuming him alive, “Steel Corpse” has problems for being stable. The faction is called in to examine Fortress X, a floating edifice where mutants are seizing relief. The Avengers rage the building and slay an abundance of mutants. But, when Captain America kills Mystique who is protecting a group of children, the squad then realizes that what they are doing is unfair.

The Armour Got No Control Captain America Kills Iron Man Comics

The Armour Got No Control

Captain America Kill Iron Man, Steve Rogers informs Tony to letter their seniors and tell them that they quit, but Steel Corpse is unable to control himself. Tony’s suit urges him to point his repulsor explosions at the vulnerable children. Stark pleads with Captain America, to not assist him, instead to “help them.” Steve Corpse, thereby, kills Tony Stark by shooting him in his head.

It is a brutal time, as Tony doesn’t expect to kill the helpless children, but because his armour is taking control over him, he could not help it.  He even asks Captain America to put him down so he will not be able to destroy more. He has realised that mutant life is as important as any human life. But he has lost control over his suit and thus, has sacrificed himself.

Tony died as a hero because he would not have wanted to be evil.  This surely is a heart-touching moment from the storyline.
