Sony brings back some of the rare out of many and the most DualShock 4 controller. The DualShock 4 controller will be available in color options from this month. The company announced the news on Monday morning through a blog post. If one needs to have a new gamepad of PlayStation 4 then this might be a good idea. Also, if you are not planning to switch to PlayStation 5, you will like the change in controllers. However, Sony has verified that these controllers will not work with PlayStation 5 games. But it will be compatible with PS4 titles. These new colored DualShock 4 controllers offered by Sony will grant a series of stylish options to the users.
The Official Statement
The company stated, “The DualShock 4 wireless controller family has continued to grow since its launch almost seven years ago. We’ve introduced more than 25 colors in total globally, ranging from the classic Jet Black and Wave Blue to the eclectic Sunset Orange and Red Crystal,” reads the blog post from Steve Schwartz, Sony’s senior manager for the marketing of PS VR and peripherals. “Today, we’re happy to announce that we’re bringing back some of the more recent stylish designs this August at participating retailers globally, including Berry Blue, Red Camouflage, Rose Gold, and Steel Black. Check with your local retailers for availability and price.”
It will be providing all the refreshing colors. The colors include “berry blue” and “red camouflage”. More colors will be available soon. These colors will be vibrant enough to bring vibrancy. The already mentioned colors are available on the US PlayStation website of Sony at good prices. The prices are set at $64.99.
If one is looking for some discount or other options to buy the same from a retailer like GameStop etc, you will have to wait. At the end of this month, one might have these options available.
