Why Is Apple Switching To Apple Silicon Chips Technology

Apple introduces software updates for iPads, Macs, and iPhones

Apple has now released new software updates for its three operating systems: iPadOS for iPads, iOS for iPhones, macOS for Macs, and iOS for iPods and iPhones. However, these updates are quite small as they do not add any new features rather than focus mainly on bug fixes.

The Apple software updates ( iPads, iPhones, Macs) are marked as iPadOS 13.6.1, macOS 10.15.6, and iOS 13.6.1. The new releases that bring in some features generally have one decimal point. Whereas the updates for iPad-OS or iOS have two decimals in them as they are just for the bug-fix.

The update focuses on fixing a problem that prevents storage clearing. It also fixes ” “some displays to exhibit a green tint.”

And it also fixes an issue “where Exposure Notifications could be disabled for some users.”

Following are the Apple’s release notes for iOS 13.6.1

  • Addresses an issue where unneeded system data files might not be automatically deleted when available storage is low
