Zoom app has been in news for the longest time now. It has helped so many organizations, companies, families, and friends to connect while the whole world was under lockdown.
While the Zoom app is compatible in every sense but you can enhance your experience while using the app. Just like the browser extensions that provide users of Safari, Firefox, and Chrome the option to use apps without them leaving them. Similarly, the Zoom app provides hundreds of apps to be used within the Zoom app. They are also available for download at the Zoom app Marketplace.
For example, you can begin or schedule a meeting within Gmail or you can even sell tickets straight from a Zoom call by using Eventbrite.
Zoom App has now started to show its customers new ways to use the application. Also, Zoom Plug-ins will now be available at various video display units from Amazon, Google, and Facebook. This feature will start from Facebook in September. From the end of this month (August), Zoom will be selling a 26-inch $599 stand-alone Zoom gadget from DTEN.
The App developers have the advantage to become a part of Zoom’s Marketplace as they get to show off in front of the eyes of the Zoom public. The CEO of Prezi, Jim Szafranski said, “It enhances what they can do with Zoom”.
“It’s a great opportunity for us to get in front of them.”
Moreover, it’s different for the companies to be at Zoom’s Marketplace as it is free. Unlike in the case of Apple and Google’s app stores charging 30% commission on sales.
While there are free apps that help in increasing the productivity and the others are available with Zoom’s paid version. And it costs around $14.99 a month.
