Antman’s army of giant ants, Avengers: Endgame was for the first time showed up in theatres. The Russo Brothers balanced a huge cast of characters along with Avengers flicks. Due to how much story measures had to be shown, some concepts and plans never came to the light. And now concept art features Antman’s army.
Since its appearance in theatres, Avengers: Endgame has become the highest-grossing movie ever. We are receiving new information consistently. Be it about the cut concepts or the unused concepts. Now, we are introduced to The Antman’s army of giant ants. They are making their way for Chitauri Leviathan.
The Leviathan in Marvel Cinematic Universe
The Leviathan has many times showed their appearance in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. They are a huge and quite dangerous Chitauri creature. The view of huge sized ants was amazing and eye-catching. Even at the end of Avengers: Endgame, when Antman had some great moments, he didn’t visit the ants.
Jackson Sze, Senior Visual Development Artist at Marvel Studios posted a visual art on his social media. He has in the past as well provided many iconic Marvel hits. It includes Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.2, Black Panther, and Antman. He is very aware of Scott Lang’s powers and these powers can be shown in Avengers: Endgame.
The Avengers by Joss Whedon
In The Avengers by Joss Whedon, all the Marvel heroes came together for the very first time. It all happened due to Chitauri Leviathan. They were very destructive and damaging to the Battle of New York. Even Hulk and other powerful heroes wanted to ruin them. Therefore, their arrival in Avengers: Endgame alongside Thanos’ army made end battle unsettling.
During the end battle, Valkyrie took out a Leviathan all by himself. Antman didn’t release the giant ants and became the Giant-Man.
Tony snapped all the Chitauri Leviathans and therefore wiped them off from existence. So, we may see Chitauri Leviathans in Avengers: Endgame for the last time. However, nothing is impossible when it comes to MCU. Possibilities are always open as in the new projects to come like Black Widow and The Eternals.
