Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War, Activision has unveiled the installment of the Call of Duty franchise. It was revealed during an in-game event in Verdansk. Both Treyarch and Raven are at the helm. You might be having the idea about Cold War shenanigans and about what they have for us, already.
This is not the first time when two studios have worked together. They have collaborated on the Original Black Ops. It is now safe to say that Treyarch and Raven are heading to their roots. They come back together to expand on a story that is in making for a decade already.
There was just a thing that was missing from Treyarch’s Black Ops 4. It is a single-player campaign. Now fans would be glad that the Cold War will be featuring a dark adventure with all era-relevant trimmings
Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War is set in the 1980s. It is set in a time where two superpowers were locked in a nuclear arms race. The time when the whole world was in the shadow of World War III. Treyarch has already promised a Black Ops experience. It will make you figure Perseus, who is on the mission to the global balance of power.
Call of Duty Does Not really Have Political Faces
Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War does not include political faces. It has familiar characters that fans know and love. The game is a sequel to the 2010 installment, Woods, Hudson and Mason from Black Ops make a return.
It also inaugurates brand new characters into the mix, like Russell Adler, who is an incredible CIA operative. Alongside him, you will meet Helen Park and Lauren Sims.
The forthcoming installment of the same promises a world-spanning adventure. The story takes players to Vietnam, Turkey, East Berlin, Soviet-era Moscow, and many more places. The experience would be dependent on the freedom and choice of the players. Players will be able to make a character, choose the gender, and name it. Cold War takes players to the new level for the series. It lets you own the character that you are playing.
Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War will be releasing on PSé, Xbox One, and PC from 13th November.
