Brie Larson has confirmed that she has auditioned for Star Wars. She has received a well deserved Best Actress Oscar for her performance in the Drama Room. After that, she became a bona fide hero with Captain Marvel in MCU. Brie Larson has also reprised the role of Carol Danvers in Avengers: Endgame.
After the success of Captain Marvel, there is no shock that she would return in the sequel. But Captain Marvel is not the only thing that the actress enjoys. In fact, there were rumours that Brie Larson will be locking her role in Star Wars.
The internet had a bunch of fun at one point thinking if Feige might not thump Larson to depict a live-action interpretation of popular Star Wars animated character Ahsoka Tano.
Larson Posted A Video Confirming The Same
The speculations were not very far from the base. As Brie Larson has once auditioned for the role in outer space franchise. She herself confirmed this in a new video posted on YouTube. She conversed with a group of friends. In the clip, she revealed that she did audition for Hunger Games and a Terminator Reboot. She told the Terminator story in brief, “I actually was thinking about the Terminator reboot today because I got a flat tire and I was like, Oh the last time I got a flat tire was when I was driving into my audition for Terminator. Got a flat tire at the audition, and then didn’t get the job.”
She has not offered any details about her Star Wars audition. But she laughed when her friends asked about how the audition went.
Definitely, it would have been disappointing for Larson to lose Star Wars. She will have an opportunity to play a character in Star Wars.
What is good is Larson will not have to audition for Fiege and other suits at Disney as she has proved herself already by being a part of Captain Marvel.
