Hulk Hogan is praising Chris Hemsworth and his physical appearance as the actor is now set to play the wrestling icon in Netflix’s biopic. Chris Hemsworth is ready to play Hogan now.
The Thor star is an absolute beast, but no doubt Mr. America is even greater.
While taking to Twitter, Hulk Hogan has posted pictures from Hemsworth’s Instagram showing his severe and tough workout in practice for the role, along with the photos from his prominent career, saying the actor is now ‘ready’ to portray him in the movie. Hulk Hogan feels that Chris Hemsworth is ready to play Hogan now.
It was announced in February of last year that Hemsworth will be playing Hulk Hogan in a biopic of Hogan. This will be focusing on his early career and Hulkamania’s rise in WWE.
While speaking to Total Film in an interview, Chris Hemsworth has revealed that the practice for the role was all “insanely physical”. He was supposed to put on more weight and size than earlier. Now it seems Chris Hemsworth is ready to play Hogan.

He said, “This movie is going to be a really fun project. As you can imagine, the preparation for the role will be insanely physical. I will have to put on more size than I ever have before, even more than I put on for Thor. There is the accent as well as the physicality and the attitude.”
Also, he was planning a ‘deep dive’ into professional wrestling. While he was thinking of this, it seems Chris Hemsworth is ready to play Hogan.
He added, “I will also have to do a deep dive into the rabbit hole of the wrestling world, which I’m really looking forward to doing.”
However, there is no word on when the biopic will be released, but we know it will be directed by Todd Phillips.
Hogan as well as Eric Bischoff will be serving as executive producers on the film.
