Wolverine’s claws are so strong that they can go through the organic metal. They are capable of cutting anything into pieces. But what has happened when his claws rise against Colossus?
Wolverine’s powers had not included the metal claws from the beginning. Unlike Wolverine, Colossus’ power of being a metal mutant has emerged when he was in his teens. During his experimentation as a part of the Weapon X program, Wolverine’s bones had been coated and fused with adamantium. This experiment had made his bone claws as the strongest powerful claws made up of metal. His claws were so strong that he had once pierced through Colossus’ organic metal body.
Wolverine, Turned Monster, Stabbed Colossus’ Steel Body
The Amazing X-Men #12 (2014) that was written by Craig Kyle, Iban Coello, Rachel Rosenberg, Chris Yost, and Carlos Barberi, displayed the strong metal claws of Wolverine. In this issue, it had been spoken of the X-Men and Alpha Flight. They were investigating the Canadian town that had been facing a curse of Wendigo that had changed the people of the town into the different versions of monsters. The X-Men tried to stop the monsters, just after he came to know about the truth behind them. These monsters had run into Wolverine and this had turned him into a Wendigo. When he saw Colossus, he spiked through his metallic body with the help of his adamantium claws.
Wolverine had turned into a monster that is Wendigo. Then also, his claws had been given more importance as being most powerful. He had penetrated through a steel body just with the help of the claws. Was it possible if Wolverine had been Wolverine and not Wendigo?
Well, they fight alongside each other as they are the members of the X-Men. Thus, no question about whose metal is stronger arises. But definitely, Wolverine would have done the same if he has not been turned into a monster.
