Background of the story before To All the Boys Always & Forever
The film revolves around a teen girl named Lara Jean who wrote five secret love letters to five crushes from childhood till now. Lara Jean played by Lana Condor feels writing is the best way to express her feelings. So she addresses a letter to each of her crushes—Peter, Josh, Lucas, John and Kenny. But she never got courage to send out those letters to all the boys. However, table turns when Lara Jean’s younger sister Kitty discovers those letters from Lara’s closet buried deep inside. And her mind walks the evil road and she decides to send out those letters to all the boys. The drama starts when the letters actually reach each boy one by one.
While the first part of the film followed Lara Jean’s budding relationship with heartthrob Peter Kavinsky played by Noah Centineo. And the second installment looks at what happens to their relationship after the entry of Lara Jean’s another school crush John Ambrose McClaren played by Jordan Fisher.

Talking about the third installment of To All The Boys, Lana Condor spill the beans about To All the Boys Always & Forever, Lara Jean with Entertainment Tonight. She said Always and Forever, Lara Jean is the most mature movie in the series and the upcoming film is her favorite in the series.
She said “we ended on a good note. I am forever grateful for the character and I’m excited for people to see the third movie because I think the third one is my favorite movie out of the three. I think we’ve watched Lara Jean and myself grow up through these movies and I’m proud of the way that we end with her. I’m hopeful for her future. I see a bright future for her and I know that she’s gonna go off and occupy her space and do the things that she loves. Particularly in the movie you see a lot of personal growth from Lara Jean.”
That’s not it! Further Lana added, the third part will be about Lara Jean not about the boys.
The Release Date of To All the Boys Always & Forever
While the third film was filmed right after the second film and we are still hoping that To All the Boys Always & Forever, Lara Jean to release sometime in 2021. Luckily the movie already finished filming before the global pandemic but production almost paused on the movie for a completely different reason.
