The second teaser for Stranger Things season 4 was recently released. It features scenes from what appears to be Eleven’s past during her time in the Hawkins National Laboratory. As we all know El was a test subject for Project MKUltra which dealt with developing super powers in people in order to create super soldiers for America during the cold war. David Harbour’s Response On Stranger Things Season 4 Teaser

Soon after the teaser was released, David Harbour shared it on Instagram with a cryptic message which puzzled the fans even more. In the caption of the post, he mentions the lyrics of the song “Over the Rainbow”. Also, the official Instagram account of Stranger Things commented on David’s post with three emojis of a “rainbow”. All of this can be traced back to the rainbow room in Hawkins laboratory where kids were being experimented upon.
