Morgan To Show All Happenings of the Royal Family
Peter Morgan, Creator, and Executive Producer says that another season will be allowing the show to put all the happenings of the Royal Family (1990s to early 2000s)
Morgan said, “Series six will not bring us any closer to the present day – it will simply enable us to cover the same period in greater detail.”
“As we started to discuss the storylines for series five, it soon became clear that in order to do justice to the richness and complexity of the story, we should go back to the original plan and do six seasons.”
Netflix stated, “So to summarise – we’ll have one more season with Queen Olivia Colman before she passes the crown to Imelda Staunton. We’re just halfway through! Lovely.”
The final that is the 6th season of the show would dive into the deaths of Princess Margaret and the Queen Mother. It will also feature Prince Harry and William dealing with the death of their mother in 1997.
