The trailer has been released for The Batman. And fans are shocked to see the look of Colin Farrell.
Colin Farrell plays Penguin. There are some eagle-eyed internet observers that have posited the idea that they have spent much on him. These people think that they could have saved a lot of money on the costume and wardrobe by hiring another actor, Richard Kind.
If you know Richard Kind, you would have to admit that the get up of Farrell does not make him look like him.
It is possible that Kind might have auditioned for the role but suited to the comedy more.
Kind was starred in Larry David’s comedy Curb Your Enthusiasm. Also, he was part of Mad About You and Spin City.
He is famous for A Bug’s Life, Toy Story 3, Cars, and Inside Out.
But, it looks like if he would have been hired, then some cash could have been saved.

Farrell has spoken about his character and about who Oswald Cobblepot is.
While speaking to GMA News, he said, “I had only started it and I can’t wait to get back. The creation of it, the aesthetic of the character, has been fun and I really am so excited to get back and explore it.”
“And I haven’t got that much to do. I have a certain amount in the film. I am not all over it by any means. But there are a couple of some tasty scenes I have in it and my creation and I can’t wait to get back.”
“Yeah, I totally feel like it is something that I have not had the opportunity to explore before. It feels original and fun. But I am only at the start of the journey so I can’t wait to get back and really get into it.”
The Batman will be hitting the cinemas in October 2021.
