Fitbit Smartwatch has launched two brands the Versa 3 and the Sense.
Fitbit Smartwatch, The $329 Sense is the most efficient Fitbit wearable to date. On the other hand, Versa 2 will be priced at $229. The pre-orders for both the watches have already started from today. One can order either or both watches from Fitbit’s site. These watches will be released in the US in September.
Both the watches have somewhat similar looks but the Sense has some more improved features for health tracking like comprehensive heart rate scans, afib (atrial fibrillation) detection via EKG app. However, the EKG app has yet to get approval from the FDA. So, this way their standards match as with Samsung’s and Apple’s latest smartwatches.
“Sense” Fitbit Smartwatch is meeting the need of the hour with its Stress Detecting Feature
Moreover, Sense has an outstanding feature of stress detection. This makes it the most wanted and highly look up to watch. This stress detection feature is highly needed in today’s time given the condition of the world at hand. To get the stress reading done, you just need to hold your palm over the screen and breath. The Sense will count your heart rate and will automatically check your skin’s temperature with a unique EDA (Electrodermal Activity) sensor. If your skin feels like Clammy, chilled, or hot, Sense will over the time get to know why is that happening. According to the stress levels you will be scored by Fitbit Smartwatch, the higher the score the better.
While keeping the EDA and EKG functions aside, Fitbit Smartwatch Versa 3 and Sense share quite many similar features of smartwatches. Both Versa 3 and Sense have built-in GPS, water resisting feature of up to 50 meters, minimum 6 days battery life, and OLED touchscreens. For the end number of payments, both support Fitbit Pay. And if you have your Android phone near you, you could easily answer texts and calls with either the smartwatches as it has speakers and microphones in-built.
If you are wondering to get the cheaper Versa 3, you should remember that it also has some pain points as was in the case of Versa 2. Fitbit will also add Google Assistant however, it won’t appear in the market until winters 2020.
The 3rd announcement by Fitbit-“Inspire 2”
The last announcement made by Fitbit is a fitness tracker, $99 Inspire 2. It is a basic device as compared to Sense and Versa 3. However ,the “Inspire 2” has a 10-day battery life that means double the battery life than the prior model. It also has a whole year of Fitbit Premium at purchase.
If you already own first-gen Inspire then you might not need to buy the upgraded one. However, $99 is not at all a bad deal for a device having the feature of water resistance.
