Laura Benanti has united with the cast of HBO Max’s Gossip Girl sequel TV series.
However, no details about her role have been disclosed. But she has reunited with Emily Alyn Lind, Kristen Bell, Whitney Peak, Eli Brown, Johnathan Fernandez, and Jason Gotay in the Gossip Girl sequel TV series.
Gossip Girl sequel TV series attained a straight-to-series order back in July 2019. It will be a continuation of the actual drama, which was carried out for six seasons and 121 episodes between 2007 and 2012. Written by old showrunner Josh Safran, it takes place eight years after the closure of the show’s “website,” and will investigate how social media and technology have altered the New York City high school landscape.

Benanti is featured as Alura In-Ze, the mother of Kara (Melissa Benoist), and the twin sister Astra of the former one on the first two seasons of Supergirl. However, she was replaced by Smallville alum Erica Durance from Season 3.
