The Marvel Empyre is trucking along. The event is reshaping the Marvel Comics Universe during this process. The storyline has spanned in the Marvel Universe. This has enlisted an eclectic roster of characters throughout the process.
It is safe to determine that there would be casualties in the way, in the most unexpected ways. The latest issue of Empyre: Avengers has led to a character who gets a gruesome fate. The one who is bittersweet for diehard fans.

Some parts of the issue have taken place in Savage Land. The group of Avengers has traveled there for a deal with the threat of Cotati.
This involves Black Knight, Scarlet Witch, Ka-Zar, and Doctor Voodoo. They were shortly attacked by startling forces. Man-Thing and Shanna, Ka-Zar’s ex-wife, started to attack the group, with Shanna’s mind being regulated by the Cotati forces.
As in the sheets of 2013’s Savage Wolverine miniseries, she explained things to her ex-husband, she was thwarted when she bonded to a life force in the land. This unintentionally allowed Cotati to manipulate her. The fight accelerates from there. But Ka-Zar and Shanna appear to end it on a delighted note. And only a Cotati leader was to intervene.
He continues to stab Ka-Zar brutally in the chest. This was in an exact way Shanna was stabbed earlier.
The moment was considered as emotional for the ones who have followed Ka-Zar’s unpredictable canon in MCU. Especially after his wife’s earlier demise. And also, it is safe to assume Ka-Zar has not permanently gone from the Marvel Universe. As many of the characters have gone forever. This sets the whole team back for the time being, surely.
Fans will be seeing him again in the coming times. The copy of the Marvel Empyre: Avengers#2 available but the digital copies are not available as of now.
