Magneto is saving his old friend, Charles Xavier, who was trapped in the Astral Plane by assembling a new X-men team, “The Mutant Force”, in Heroes Reborn.
Magneto and Charles Xavier started as friends long ago. Although their ideologies regarding mutantkind and how they should live differed, they considered each other good friends and worked together. Their friendship faced a little conflict along the way but never ended. Their so-called friendship healed a bit after the creation of “The Mutant Island Nation, KRAKOA”. However, this sweet and sour friendship of theirs is hope to heal even further in Heroes Reborn in which Magneto assembles a new Mutant team called the “The mutant force” in order to save his old buddy Professor X, who has been trapped in the Astral Plane for years.
The conflicting ideologies of Magneto and Professor X was also inherited by their respective teams, “The Brotherhood of Evil Mutants and the X-men”. Even though they were enemies and disagreed on how the mutants should live, they shared the same great concern for their fellow mutants and their miserable conditions. This weird relationship that they shared has been rebooted in quite a few timelines and Dimensions. However for the Heroes Reunited event, as the name suggests the two pioneers of mutant hope would reunite for mutantknd’s protection and destiny.
Marvel Heroes Would Emerge With New Powers in Heroes Reborn.
In Heroes Reborn, a world where mutants, led by professor X and Magneto, fight for their survival and independence against the world’s so called superhero team, “The Squadron Supreme of America”. While the Avengers had left Earth, the mutants came forward to fight for their world which ultimately led to what’s behind called “The Squadron Mutant Massacre”, a violent event in which countless lives were lost. This broke the mutantkind’s spirit to fight as the greatest loss was Professor X, their leader. Although presumed dead, Professor X is alive but trapped in the Astral Plane. Five years later when Magneto learns the truth about his old friend, he immediate assemble a new team of mutants and sets out to save his long lost friend.

Heroes Reborn launches with a lot of excitement with all sorts of possibilities. As Magneto and his team march into the Astral Plane to save Charles Xavier, they are bound to face difficulties in the form of their existing enemies, The Squadron Supreme (Hyperion in particular), and also the deadly and infamous resident of the Astral Plane, the Shadow King. Heroes Reborn packs a lot of excitement and thrill and thus keeping the fans restless.
