Iron Man is one of the most impactful Superheroes, who is Iron Man’s arch enemy in the Marvel comic book.
In Invincible Iron Man is going to see it’s 60th anniversary and during this time he has encountered every kind of danger, defeated fascists, world-destroyers, aliens, and more. But who is armored Iron Man’s arch enemy?
The Marvel Cinematic Universe just dived into the source material and delivered some of Iron Man’s Arch Enemy: Iron Monger in his very first solo Iron Man film. In 2nd film, he encountered Whiplash and his enemy weapon manufacturer Justin Hammer. In the third he nearly saw his death by Terrorist scientists group A.I.M. After Iron Man’s death in Avenger Endgame, fans have many steaming questions one of them is who is Iron Man’s real Arch-Enemy?
Who actually is Iron Man’s Arch Enemy?
The first Iron Man says that it is the terrorist group called the Ten Rings. In the comics, the ten rings are worn by the superhuman, battle-hardened villain and scientist the Mandarin, a foe whom Iron Man encountered in the third film… or so audiences thought. Both Ben Kingsley’s and later Guy Pearce’s portrayal of the classic Iron Man heavy turned out to be a ruse, with hints that the “real Mandarin” was waiting in the shadows. Any die-hard Tony fan can tell you no one can beat the Mandarin when it comes to Iron Man’s Arch Enemy.
The Mandarin made his appearance in Tales of Suspense #50 created by Stan Lee and artist Den Heck, he has raised an orphan after he lost his rich parents. He used his family resources to train himself In Science and warfare. When he came across Ten Rings an Alien Spaceship, the Mandarin explored and mastered every part of the ship and found out what exactly is in it.
The Mandarin found out that each ring delivers some kind of superpowers. SPIN slows downtime; SPECTRAL enhances a ghost-like appearance; ZERO allows its user to beam nothingness from outer space; NIGHTBRINGER welcomes darkness instantly; LIGHTNING emits electrical expulsions; LIAR builds illusions and dreams one cannot escape; INCANDECEANSE calls upon a star, using fire to scorch its surroundings; DIAMONIC makes one compulsive and obsessed; INFLUENCE alters body; and finally the REMAKER ring, which alters relationships sub atomically and can make people turn into stone, amongst other things. The Mandarin used each and every ring in his decade long encounter with Iron Man.
With Iron Man’s end, it will be interesting to see who The Mandarin will make his appearance in MCU. As in the Comics, The Mandarin has recently deceased but even the Death can not stop him so it will be fun to see what next he got for Iron Man.
