Last week was nothing short of heartbreaking news for Marvel fans because the superheroes they have grown up with and adore like anything were apparently said to be on social media war. Well, that’s not the whole story.
With exaggerating but accurately saying it, everyone who loves and adores Marvel and its superheroes are actually a part of this one big family which is numbered around a zillion (across the globe). There is no way that fans can digest a bad vibe between 2 or superheroes let alone one versus all of the rest and that too in real life. ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLE.
THE BIG PROBLEM
Very recently, like last week only, something totally unexpected happened out of nowhere when Robert Downey Jr. (aka Iron Man) all his MCU co-stars from his Instagram handle and it brought along with it a hurricane of questions and responses from fans. For those of you who are not much into social media and are unaware of this diabolical incident, let us make you understand this a bit. Tony Stark or Iron Man or Robert Downey Jr. did something out of the blue and unfollowed all his MCU co-actors including some of his very good friends like Captain America (Chris Evans) or Spider-Man (Tom Holland) and remained absolutely quiet about it.
THE CONFUSION RESOLVED
This became the talk of the town and fans were very curious to know the reason behind this abrupt decision. A wide range of rumors started spreading and people started speaking about all sorts of possibilities including the ‘alleged disagreement’ with the studio. But apparently, it wasn’t even him who was to be blamed for this but his team. Apparently, it wasn’t Robert Downey Jr. but his manager who did this epic blunder and unfollowed all his friends. Iron Man doesn’t even manage his social media himself and it’s his team who are responsible for managing his social media. This in a way was to make sure that there’s nothing wrong between our favorite actors.
Meanwhile, leaving Robert Downey Jr. behind wasn’t an easy task, and fans were devastated and they are still hopeful that there might be a day when he’ll be back in his ‘Armor Suit’. According to the reports, Iron Man himself stated that he isn’t coming back in any form. He said “Playing Tony/ Iron Man was hard and I dug deep. I had an incredible 10-year run that was creatively satisfying, I have done all I could with that character and can do other things now. Now, middle-aged, you start looking at the back nine and realize this is all part of the journey, and things end. I am fortunate and eternally grateful to have wound up where I have”.
Well, now that the news has been cleared that there’s no rift between Iron Man and Others, fans can take a sigh of relief.
