Lately, Brie Larson discussed her career failure on her YouTube channel and revealed that she actually auditioned for the CBS’ popular sitcom The Big Bang Theory. The 31-year-old actress focused on other things while she was quarantining. Brie Larson made a debut on YouTube. She started her own YouTube channel where she discusses the things that important to her. In one of her videos, Brie talked about failure in life. She mentioned that “People tend to only talk about their successes but I’m going to talk about my failure in life”
She further mentioned her struggles with stardom. Her journey as an artist wasn’t easy. She tried a lot of things in her career which includes comedy and the music industry before shinning in Hollywood. In that video, Brie said that she auditioned for the biggest role in The Big Bang Theory and didn’t get it. However, she didn’t reveal the character she auditioned for but she did reveal the reason for not getting the role.
Brie Larson as Penny?
Brie Larson aka Captain Marvel provided very limited information about the role that she tried for in TBBT. However, we may wonder that she tried her luck for the popular character Penny in the show. The character Penny originally played by Kaley Cuoco who has entertained her fans for more than a decade. Here’s what Brie gave the reason for not getting the role. She said
“I tested for The Big Bang Theory, I remembered that this morning. They were really sweet, they just said I was too young and it’s true”
