Langford is open to join MCU, Avengers: Endgame overwhelmed enthusiasts by killing Tony Stark, Iron Man. But the hero’s casualty played out a little differently. In the final movie, Tony receives the Infinity Stone and bangs. Then, after a short flash, Thanos’ troop starts to fade away. But, what is important is Langford has a clear mind about MCU.
Yet, Tony’s snap seized audiences into the same supernatural space occupied by Gamora in Avengers: Infinity War. Supposed to be the comics’ Soul World, Tony would have a discussion with his now-adult daughter Morgan.
Time does not work the same in Soul World. Morgan appears to her father differently than she appears earlier in the movie. She could have helped Tony while achieving a sense of peace. Fans can have a glimpse of the scene on Disney plus.
Because it chilled the pacing of the film’s climax, Langford’s Avengers: Endgame scene was eventually cut. The scene does distract from the ultimate battle and robs Tony’s successive video memo to young Morgan of its effect.
In an interview with Australian RJ Smallzy, Langford shared her response to being cut from the film.
“You know what, I figure if you’re going to be cut from anything … being cut from the final Avengers film is not too bad and I think that that experience just filming was amazing,” Langford said. “Honestly that, I think, was one of the coolest things I’ve ever been able to do. So I’m just happy to have the memory.”
Would Langford Return In Future MCU movies?
Yet, despite her active schedule, Langford appears to be clear for joining the MCU. Smallzy asked her about probable reappearance in the line. The actor was very reluctant to make any explicit statements.
“I’m sure the Marvel universe is very under wraps, and I was so scared after doing it because I literally couldn’t say anything,” she said. “So if I did [have plans to appear in the MCU], I don’t know if I would be able to say anything, but I’d love to.”
It feels impending for Morgan Stark to fiddle some kind of role forward. Reports are already stirring that she could meet a potential Young Avengers team. And understanding Marvel, it seems they have Langford under the agreement if the MCU goes in that direction.
