Locke and Key Season 2 has already garnered appeal from audiences on Netflix.
The Netflix show is motivated by the series of the same title. What do you think about Locke and Key Season 2?
Locke and Key Season 2, Carlton Cuse had told IGN that the writer’s team has started working on the new episodes for the new season.
“Even though it hasn’t been greenlit,” so this denotes well for the prospect of Joe Hill’s tale on screen.
He said, “finishing up, people were saying, ‘It would shock me if we didn’t get a Season 2.’ And then, they opened the writers’ room and, by the time the show came out, they were on Episode 8 or something crazy like that. I remember thinking, ‘This is really exciting.’ But then, I found out that two shows that didn’t get picked up also had writers’ rooms. Then, I was like, ‘I can’t get excited or celebrate until I know for sure.'”
Now Netflix has already shown the green light to the series. Giving a particular date to the series is still pending. The showrunners have also started working on the script for the next season.
The production and filming were put on hold because of the pandemic due to the corona virus. The filming would start soon if speculations are to be believed. There are skeptical thoughts that the episodes for season 2 could release by the mid of 2021.
