Marvel Studio’s finally ready to explore the love angle in ‘GOD OF MISCHIEF’S’ life, but hold on, it isn’t how you think it is. Tom Hiddleston will once again be seen as Loki on Marvel’s project releasing in June on Disney+Hostar. After being a part of so many movies where his brother was in the lead role, he will finally be seen as the ‘front and center’ of the movie. Loki will be seen as the same person who he was in Avengers: Endgame where he picked up the “tesseract” and alludes to places unknown. His meddling with other businesses and especially with the timeline gets him in trouble with TVA (aka Time Variance Authority).
As the trailer suggests, this is going to be another one of Loki’s adventures where he is on an adventure across time and space and is being the ever mischievous self he is supposed to be. Loki has always been a fan favorite character across MCU but his roles were always centered around THOR. This series though will give fans what they have been long asking for ample time for Loki to display all his notorious skills.
Loki’s Relationship: The Truth Revealed
Amongst all the chaos, Loki is all set to explore the love angle as was explained by writer ‘Michael Waldron’. He recently revealed “Mobius and Loki, that’s one of the love series you might see in Loki for sure”. Although he further added, “If you print that, knowing our fans, they are going to take it the wrong way”. The interviewer worked his trick and guessed that maybe they are like the FBI agent ‘Carl Hanratty (Tom Hanks) and the con man Frank Abagnale Jr. (Leonardo DiCaprio) from Catch me if you can’. To this, Michael added “Exactly right”.
Mobius’s Character
Mobius is a TVA agent whose job was to keep an eye on Loki and keep him in line. The trailer surely gives a glimpse of how they’re ‘full of banter’ relationship will be and how Mobius can also get under Loki’s skin. So the relationship when compared to ‘Catch me if you can’ stars feels quite apt. While this is a fun ride for fans and they will surely enjoy the relationship between Mobius & Loki, some might be upset that Loki isn’t truly capable of loving someone.
For what it’s worth, all we can do for now is wait till the movie is finally released on Disney + Hostar and then we can enjoy it with our friends and family.
