Creator of Money Heist, Alex Pina has confirmed that the show will be hitting Season 5 as well. The season is currently under work. He has shared a photo of him writing on his laptop from a hammock.
Alex Pina was busy as he was writing Season 5 for Money Heist. He’s been busy with the aid of four-legged new writers.
He used his Instagram handle and wrote, “Writing La Casa de Papel 5.” He was wearing a t-shirt that had stated, “Maybe someone identifies that shirt I wear with the one that gave Tokyo [Úrsula Corberó’s character from Money Heist] its name. But it’s not like that.”
“Since then every time I see a Tokyo shirt I buy it, but the genuine one, the authentic one that she wore on the day of her christening, is the one in the second image.”
The 5th season has not been officially lit by Netflix. But Alex looks pretty confident about the things. He has confirmed the same to the Deadline earlier as well. He further said ‘Netflix will put a bomb in my house’ if he states any further details.
Money Heist Could Follow Spin-offs in Future
The show was a huge hit with audiences. It has got good critical reviews as well. The show was named one of the most-watched programs of Netflix.
Though, Pina has already promised his fans about more to the show in the future. There are possibilities of the spin-offs too.
While speaking to The Oprah Magazine, he said, “We do have many possibilities for some spin-offs, yes, and I think that’s thanks to the strong and powerful identities of the characters.” “We’ve always looked for characters to have a very complex, layered design. So I think almost every character of Money Heist has a duality that we would like to see in a spin-off. We could watch any of them in other contexts,” he added earlier this year.
Let’s wait until the official confirmation by Netflix.
