Ratched, an American psychological horror drama series is up with its new poster on Netflix. It is based on a 1962 novel, written by Ken Kesey.
A new horror-themed poster for Ratched has been launched on Netflix, the forthcoming One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest prequel series. Three new posters have been unleashed making fun of the bloody yet trendy show by Ryan Murphy. The new season is expected to dig deep into the notorious character’s emerging story in the 1940s. The film adaptation of One Flew over the Cuckoo’s Nest is done by Evan Romansky and Sarah Paulson will be the Nurse Ratched.
Moreover, the screening rights for One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest are with Michael Douglas and Saul Zaentz estate.
Ratched’s first trailer released
Ratched’s first trailer was released yesterday on Netflix. It proved that the leading honor has now been transferred to Evan Romansky from Murphy. Therefore, the display will have Evan’s Signature aesthetic. Also as seen from the trailer and posters, few hints will be adopted from Murphy’s last works. A deeper dive into the scarier domain of the book as well as the film adaptation (1975).
Netflix win over Apple and Hulu
The show’s two seasons were ordered by Netflix in 2017, along the 18-episode seasons authorized. He finally fought and won the project from going in the hands of Apple and Hulu. Apple and Hulu were also quite interested in the project, but Netflix won the race. Paulson will be joined in by Corey Stoll, Sharon Stone, Rosanna Arquette, Vincent D’Onofrio, and Don Cheadle. The season 1 of series, Ratched will arrive on Netflix, next month.

Also, Season 1 will premiere on September 18, 2020, on Netflix.
