A new report reveals that Antman 3 won’t feature rapper T.I as Scott’s Pal Dave.
T.I the rapper will not reprise his role alongside Paul Rudd in the upcoming movie Antman 3. The actor debuted in 2015 in the first movie of Antman. He is Luis’s (Michael Pena’s) ex-convict friend Dave who later helped Scott Lang in his mission. His MCU journey has suddenly come to an unexpected end.
The Antman 3 and the storyline is tight under wraps. The Antman franchise has been one of the most successful stories and one of the best movies in the Marvel universe. The threequel is going to have Scott Lang, Hope van Dyne, Hank Pym, and Janet van Dyne. The cast is going to be on a new mission and there could be many more quantum revelations. Antman and his quantum world helped the Avengers in the Avengers: Endgame. Jonathan Majors will debut his character Kang, the conqueror. He has been cast to be the time-traveling villain. T.I and his casting in the new movie have not been confirmed yet.
There is news against him and his wife Tiny for “sexual abuse, forced ingestion of illegal narcotics, kidnapping, false imprisonment, intimidation, assault and harassment.” the couple strongly denied these allegations through a statement from their lawyer. They have denied any of these allegations to be true. This could be one of the reasons Marvel is trying not to involve and attach themselves to the rapper. Marvel has therefore not confirmed the casting of the actor in Antman and the Wasp: Quantumania.
It is not going to be hard to explain the missing actor for Marvel. It has been quite the time since Thanos snapped his fingers and the action drama we saw in Avengers: Endgame happened. The comedic play is still going to be fun and not much would be missing out is a general opinion. Cassie Lang actress Emma Fuhrmann has also been recast. Antman and the Wasp: Quantumania is expected to hit the theatres in 2022.
