It is reported that the $500 Galaxy A51 5G from Samsung will arrive on AT&T on 21 August. It will be joining T-Mobile and Verizon. Verizon has got a variant of mmWave-equipped A51 5G UW on 13th August.
As the name implies, the A51 5G is the latest 5G version of the standard $399 A51. The earlier version was released back in May. But this is noted that it has improved on the regular model in a few different ways. It offered a powerful Exynos 980 processor with a RAM of 6GB. Also, it has a larger 4500mAh battery.
Keeping the Carrier looks aside, the AT&T version of the latest A51 5G looks the same as the T Mobile model. It has an internal storage of 128 GB. The new version has a 6.5 inch OLED display along with a quad-camera that has a 48-megapixel main lens. Unlike the Verizon model that costs $50 more, the AT&T and T-Mobile model offer sub 6GHz 5G. It is not faster though but offers a mmWave version of the networking technology. The Verizon model has a chipset of Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G.
Deal For A Limited Period
AT&T is providing a better deal for the models of A51 5H. It is better than its competitors. The deal is for an unspecified “limited time”. All the customers of AT&T will be getting a chance to have A51 5G for $5 per month on a 30 months installment plan. It will cost $150 as a total.
Samsung knows that the Galaxy A51 is a worthy beneficiary of the Galaxy A50. The latter was one of the best-selling devices of Samsung in 2019. It is Samsung’s interest to duplicate that accomplishment in 2020.
The new Samsung Galaxy A51 5G will be available on August 21st. It will be available on AT&T.
