Loki is one of the most popular characters, even after being a villain is loved by one and all. His recent release on Disney + Hotstar is one of the most popular shows right now and as the finale is approaching, fans are wondering what more it has to offer.
Writer Eric Martin, recently shredded some light on the show’s finale that it’s inspired by classic science fiction “Planet Of The Apes” and “The Twilight Zone”. The Twilight Zone was very famous for its ever epic ending which made the audience wondering about various moral and ethical questions. Similarly, Planet of the Apes also has one of the most helically twisted endings with the stars recovering the remnants of ‘Statue of Liberty and was shocked to find out that the foreign world he is shocked to see is actually Earth only.
Likewise, in the final episode of LOKI’S “FOR ALL TIME. ALWAYS”, the god of mischief LOKI (aka Tom Hiddleston) and his female variant, Sylvie (aka Sophie Di Martino) finally come face to face with ‘Jonathan Majors’ in his citadel towards the end of time.
At that moment, he presented the duo with a Faustian bargain and made them to make a decision that would tremble the multiverse, go back to TVA (Time Variance Authority) and continue protecting the Sacred Timeline or alternatively, kill him and unleash chaos. The female variant, Sylvie chose the 2nd option, but just going into a battle with ‘He Who Remains’, she deported Loki back to TVA and revealed that he had been sent to a branched reality where he never joined TVA.

Throughout the thread on Twitter, he revealed a great deal of information and also what all he would have or wished to change, had he had more time. The Twitter thread was also filled with a lot of praise and admiration for ‘Jonathan Majors’, who in many ways is the front and center of the show.
