The Game has always been on, or so it feels. Speculations for season 5 are high and fans are finding it difficult to wait. Meanwhile, there are certain questions we need answers for.
Sherlock Holmes: The Final Episode
Ever since Sherlock Holmes season 4 aired in 2017, fans have speculated all sorts of things Sherlock Holmes season 5 could be about. Uncertainty rose, especially because the makers are hinting at anything but when the ‘according to sources’ new released, it’s been hard to stay normal. The buzzing fans (or detectives as we might call them) have all sorts of theories and questions and what not.
Sherlock Holmes Season 4 was one hell of a thriller. Released in 2017, the series had 3 episodes and 3rd one was named ‘The Final Problem’. It wasn’t just ‘Jim Moriarty’ who was troubling the “221B Baker Street detectives” but Sherlock’s sister Eurus also had a part to play. The episode however ended with Sherlock winning over Moriarty and mending things with his sister, who she didn’t even know existed. The series has always been about twists and turns and how the ‘consultant detective’ and his friend and flatmate and confidant ‘Dr. Watson are solving crimes and being awesome.
Irene Adler: The Mystery Girl
Adding to the twists, Sherlock texted someone “You know where to find me”. But the receiver of the message wasn’t revealed. Now this riles up a lot of questions – who did he text? Was it Irene Adler? Was it Lestrad? The questions keep on pilling up. For those of you who don’t know Irene Adler lets briefly you first. She was first seen in season 2 in an episode named “A scandal in Belgravia” where she seems to be holding onto some useful information that Sherlock’s trying to get. Sherlock and ‘The Woman’ as she’s often called, have an unsettling kind of chemistry and it seems like even Sherlock is also somewhat charmed by her charisma.
So it definitely is a possibility that she might be the receiver of that text but we’ll never know for sure till the makers decide to come up with another season of this amazing series.
