Supernatural has returned to air its remaining episodes for season 15 on The CW. It has now revealed the official synopsis for the finale of the series title “Carry On”.
The synopsis for the finale episode is not revealing too many details of the plot. It is performing as a prelude to what could be the emotional conclusion to the long-running series. It teases Sam and Dean Winchester’s Final Ride as the journey reaches the end. However, it looks like it is comfortable to determine “Carry On” will deal with the consequence of the show’s penultimate episode, “Inherit the Earth,” in which the Winchester Brothers’ fight against God storms on (and a “familiar face” returns to join the fray.)
Per the official synopsis for Supernatural “Carry On,”
“THE END – After 15 seasons, the longest-running sci-fi series in the US is coming to an end. Baby, it’s the final ride for saving people and hunting things. The episode was directed by Robert Singer and written by Andrew Dabb (#1520). Original airdate 11/19/2020.”
Supernatural is now the property of The CW’s lineup for well over more than 10 years, initially premiering on the network’s forebear, The WB, in September of 2005. Season 15 broadcasted one year ago on Oct. 10, 2019. It released 13 of its 20 episodes before it was put on hold this past March because of the ongoing coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
Starring Jared Padalecki, Jensen Ackles, Misha Collins, and Alexander Calvert, the final episodes of Supernatural premieres on Thursdays at 8 p.m. ET/PT on The CW. Supernatural’s ultimate episode is ready to air on The CW on Nov. 19. All 14 seasons are presently streaming on Netflix, with Supernatural’s ultimate season being amplified to the streaming service by the end of November.
