The production of The Batman would start again. But, this would now not include the earlier locations instead will switch to new sets. Matt Reeves will be directing the new Batman-Centered film. The film will also mark the first appearance of Bruce Wayne by Robert Pattinson. The Batman is not scheduled to reach theatres before 2021. The production of the film has already started this year. Fans are unable to see Pattison’s glimpse and this is making them believe about the mysterious project.
Earlier, The Batman was scheduled to shut down due to the pandemic for two weeks only but things changed. Warner Bros. has kept the film on hold since then. Also, the film’s release date is postponed from October 202q.
The Batman is aimed to resume work from September, according to Kris Tapley, Netflix’s The Call Sheet Podcast. Tapley said they will not be shooting on the earlier locations. “All locations scrapped” according to him. The crew is building their own newly built sets. He did not elaborate on the details further. This change might be because of the outbreak of the pandemic.

By regulating their locations, the cast and crew of the film can stave off any probable exposure to the infection. While this might be disappointing for lovers who might’ve expected to grab a glimpse of Batman. It makes sense as this is all being done as the precautions for preventing further delays.
