After sharing a bunch of photos with the Riverdale cast, fans are convinced that The Vampire Diaries star Nina Dobrev is joining the cast in Riverdale season 5. So will Nina Dobrev be on Riverdale?

Riverdale is a teen drama that is currently airing on CW. The series released its four seasons. Season 4 of Riverdale wasn’t supposed to end so soon, but due to the global pandemic, the last season was cut short. However, Riverdale season 5 is currently under production in Vancouver.

Recently, the 31-year-old actress Dobrev shared few pictures of her with Riverdale cast Camila Mendes, Lilli Reinhart, and Madelaine Petsch on her official Instagram account. She captioned the picture “All the worlds colliding”.

After seeing her posts, fans are hoping that she is going to join Riverdale in the upcoming season. According to fans’ theory, Dobrev might play the role of Jessica who plays a girlfriend of Jughead Jones. However, there’s no official news as of now. The show makers have yet to reveal the cast for the role of Jessica.
On the other hand, Nina Dobrev is in Vancouver to shoot her upcoming Netflix film “Love Hard”. Actor Charles Melton who plays for Reggie Mantle in Riverdale is also a part of this Rom-Com movie. Riverdale season 5 is going to air next year in January.
