Actor David Schwimmer portrayed the character of Ross Gellar on FRIENDS. Ross’ character is a hopeless-romantic palaeontologist who works at a museum and later becomes a professor at a university. The actor gained worldwide recognition for playing Ross in the sitcom for which David received a Screen Actors Guild award.

The one with the Ross wedding is the most popular episode of FRIENDS where he was ready to take the vows with Emily. However, Ross messed up and takes Rachel’s name instead of Emily. The world stopped for a minute after that line. The particular scene indicates that he and Rachal aren’t over. But do you know this scene wasn’t planned. The show writer Greg Malins revealed, in one of the episode, “His line was to come in and say Emily the cab is downstairs waiting something like that.
