Michael Keaton’s Batman will be seen wearing a Backsuit in the movie The Flash. He had played the role of Bruce Wayton aka Batman in Batman (1989) and Batman Returns (1992). Keaton has been a fan favorite of Caped Crusador. Keaton has earned an Oscar nomination for Birdman.
Batman of “The Flash”
Michael Keaton will return as Batman in The Flash. This was announced earlier this week. Also, in the movie, Barry Allen will travel in time and save his mother. He will also establish an alternate Universe operated by Michael Keaton’s Batman. More details about Keaton’s return after 30 years are now out. Moreover, Keaton will be seen wearing Batman costume in The Flash. No further details are out except that cowl and the cape of Batman. However, until the DC Films announce his return, all this news should be taken with a grain of salt.
The Keaton’s Batsuit
The suit details that is doing the rounds to be the costume is quite vague. Keaton’s Batsuit might not be any close to it in the movie. The suit that he wore in the Batman and Batman Returns will not be worn by him in the movie, The Flash. This costume would rather be for the show. It is also not reasonable to use that costume again as Keaton will be back after 30 years. So, it’s important to have some changes in the costume. Also, because it’s after 30 years that he will hear the costume he will not fit him again.
The Flash director Andy Muschietti is ultimately going to decide what Keaton’s costume is going to look like. There might be wear and tear of 30 years or a complete makeover of the costume, we cannot say anything at this point of time. The Flash will not release before 2022, so there is enough time for the final costume to be out.
