A lot of characters, as well as monsters, have been introduced in these three seasons of Stranger Things. However, it has a lot more questions unanswered now. Like in season 2 of Stranger Things, what happened to Demodog, Steve, and Dustin. Stranger Things by Duffer Brothers after its release in 2016 on Netflix became a blockbuster hit. Critics and fans both appreciated the fact that how well the creators have mixed up the horror and science part. The relevance to the 80s pop culture was also appreciated.
Stranger Things season 1 showed Will Byer’s disappearance, Eleven’s runoff from Hawkins Lab, and the opening of access to ‘Upside Down’ – another dimension. Through this gate only, the monster from the other world entered the human world.
In the second season, Will’s time in another dimension (Upside Down) outcomes were seen. Also, in this very season, Mind Flyer, a new monster entered the story.
In the third season, it was revealed that Russians were also conducting various trials on ‘Upside Down‘.
To date, Upside Down is a total mystery. All the characters and viewers have tried their level best to keep proof from why and what was happening to Hawkins and themselves from the world. But they weren’t very successful in doing so.
Stranger Things season 2
In Stranger Things season 2, Steve and Dustin kept a shred of huge evidence to themselves. This particular evidence could prove the existence of Upside Down to the world. They captivated the demodog in the freezer. Also, Bob Newby was killed by the Demodogs. Steve and Dustin had their share of horrible experiences with these creatures. They kept the demodog in the freezer so that they could prove it to the world that there exists another dimension that is home to these monsters. However, later there wasn’t any instance of any demodog featuring in the whole season and not also in the next one.
As the end of season 2 approached, eleven somehow shut the door that connected the upside Down with the human world. This eventually destroyed all the monsters. Most of these monsters were there in the tunnel of another dimension except the one demodog that kept in the freezer by Steve.
Theories about the Demodog kept in the Freezer
It has forced fans to think as to what might have happened to these demodogs. One theory is that the Hawkins Lab might have wiped off the traces while dealing with Will’s evidence. Also, Hawkins Lab is very popular for keeping their experiments a secret. They might have managed to pull the frozen demodog out of the freezer, without the knowledge of Steve and Dustin. It’s also uncertain if Stranger Things season 4 will pull out the secret as to what exactly happened? The chances are very less.
