The Kissing Booth sequel recently premiered on Netflix and received a massive appreciation from the critics and the viewers similar to its original film which released back in 2018. After its sequel, people can’t stop raving about the cast and their romance. In fact, fans expressed that they cannot wait for the release of Kissing Booth 3. In fact, after the sequel release, Netflix even announced the third part of The Kissing Booth franchise. But will the third part of the film live up to the fans’ expectations?
The Beginning:
The film has an amazing mixture of friendship and a relationship. In the first part, Elle Evans (Joey King) fell in love with her best friend Lee’s Brother Noah Flynn (Jacob Elordi). But being a heartthrob in a high-school with a player persona, and having a relationship with Noah Flynn wasn’t the easiest thing for Elle. The sequel picks up where we left off when Noah left for Harvard and Elle seeing him off at the airport. Later Elle’s friendship with Lee was on solid track again after they fought for keeping the big secret that she was dating his brother Noah.
The second part of the film is all about the long distance relationship between Noah and Elle. But the sequel also involves a next-level drama in order to add a new character named Marco in the film. In addition to Elle and Lee, yet again facing some challenges in their friendship.

After dropping The Kissing Booth sequel on Netflix, fans have been eagerly waiting to see the third part of the film. Now here’s a piece of good news for the fans of Kissing Booth, as the third part of the film was already shot at the same time as the sequel. Yes, you read it right! The Kissing Booth 3 filming is already completed. It’s presently in post-production and will premiere on Netflix in 2021. The entire cast, Jacob Elordi, Joey King, Taylor Zakhar Perez, Molly Ringwald, Joey Courtney will return on the screen soon to entertain you all.
The Kissing Booth 3 will be a BIG disappointment:
Most of the fans are extremely excited to see the cast of Kissing Booth again on the screen. However, some of them aren’t happy with the same. Because they feel the makers of the film are stretching the storyline by announcing the third part. One of the major reasons for disappointment is that the viewers were expecting to see some more chemistry between Marco and Elle which wasn’t there at all. At one point, we all felt that the further storyline will take a turn but it didn’t. In addition to that, the film serves the recipe that your first love is your true love and that you need to fight for it to make it work till the end. But how long will this same old love triangle thing, whose outcome can already be predicted by the audience?
These are the reasons why the sequel of The Kissing Booth plot seems predictable and weak. Now if the makers will take the same average storyline for the further part then it will be a BIG disappointment for the viewers.
