Rocket Racoon’s bomb has a logic behind its making. Guardians of the Galaxy 2’s director James Gunn explains that logic. The second instalment introduces Star-Lord and a group of ragtag heroes to the audiences. Rocket who talks like Racoon and Groot, who is a tree-like being are among those heroes. Rocket and Groot are friends and Rockets annoyance is a repeating point. This narrative follows in the second part more often. The Guardians of the Galaxy 2 portrays a baby Groot instead of the adult one.
In the 3rd volume of the Guardians of the Galaxy, Rocket’s story has been finished. James Gunn has shown his excitement for the same during the making of the 3rd part. The 3rd instalment of the movie has already been announced, where Gunn will be returning as a director. He has revealed about the Rocket’s future in the MCU universe that has been pre-decided at the time of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 1. The key elements of the narrative have not been revealed yet.
In Guardians of the Galaxy 2, baby Groot has been instructed by Rocket to regulate the bomb. He explains that the bomb has more than one button and button results in the explosion of the bomb. Whereas the other switch lends them time to sidestep.
Why a Death Button In Rocket’s Bomb?
James Gunn explains the usage of the button that explodes. He says Rocket can “use it as a weapon against someone he didn’t like”.
Gamora will be playing a great role in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 because the MCU version of Gamora has been murdered by Thanos in Vol. 1 and 2 of Guardians. Zoe Saldana during an interview has said that she is eager to play a ” bad version” of her character.
