The Release of The Mandalorian Season 2 Is Unaffected
The filming of the show was completed before the pandemic kicked in. Thus, the release of The Mandalorian Season 2 is quite unaffected.
The Mandalorian showrunner Jon Favreau said that he expected to simulate the success of HBO behemoth Game of Thrones. Well, we hope this happens, but we will get to know after the release of The Mandalorian Season 2.
He spoke to Entertainment Weekly, “The new season is about introducing a larger story in the world. The stories become less isolated, yet each episode has its own flavor, and hopefully, we’re bringing a lot more scope to the show.”
“As we introduce other characters, there are opportunities to follow different storylines. The world was really captivated by ‘Game of Thrones’ and how that evolved as the characters followed different storylines – that’s very appealing to me as an audience member.”
The series will start from 30 October on Disney Plus.
