The X-Men are digesting the fact that they lack the resources to keep up all the Mutants tied up on Krokoa. This lack of resources can be proved as to their downfall.
In recent issues build in X-factor. The team realized that just for the sake of entertainment a mutant was killed in Mojoverse. The mutant killed in Mojoverse a previous member of the new mutant named Sofia Elizabeth Mantega which first appeared in Nunzio Defilippis, Christina Weir, and Keron Grant’s New Mutants #1 in 2003, she was also a former student of the Xavier Institute. For the operations, a wind dancer was given to her as a code name.
While the team was headed to recover Sofia’s body they discovered that a mutant was trapped in the bizarre dimension. A former member of both the original X-Force and X-Factor Investigations named shatterstar was there as a constantly watched cage fighter. Shatterstar first appeared in Rob Liefeld and Fabian Nicieza’s New Mutants #99 in 1991, Shatterstar desperately wants to disentangle himself from the mojoverse.
Krokoa Has No Control To Get Sophia
Krokoa has no control over what he speaks something that is why he is unable to tell other mutants that how to get Sofia of that place. Krokoa tries his best but he is unable to speak what he wants to speak. While he was in the mojoverse he notices that Mojo wanted to feed Sofia’s remains to the Mojoverse clone-mother to create clones with mutant DNA.
Shatterstar tries to communicate but he is unable to tell others that he is trapped in mojoverse. He explains that some kind of disposable entertainment is what mojoverse is all about. This circumstance makes Polaris and her team realize that there is some problem with Krakoa.
Boom Boom went to talk to Sage in New mutants #4 he wants to talk about the fact that Armor never returned from her mission. Sage made it clear she has no way of keeping up with all the mutants from Krakoa. She even quipped that she isn’t their babysitter. The real problem is that some criminals who want excess to krokoa’s medicine have held Armor, Beak, Angel, Glob, Maxime, and Manon. These criminals want to use these medications for their own remunerations, they just want all the new mutants to die so that they can do this work handily.
Sebastian Shaw kills Pryde in the pages of Marauders. For a long no one even suspected that she is dead. Wolverine is secretly frozen by Omega Red her plan is to feed him to the vampires. With so many mutants, and more arriving by the day, there is just no way anyone can keep track of or protect their own, a fact that may one day lead to the end of Krakoa as a safe-haven for all mutants.
